Haribol & Welcome to the 3d Slidesho

The idea of this page is to catch the floating picture which is a link to a bigger version of the same picture by clicking on it to see the picture inside. The picture will open in a new browser page. Close the page with the picture in it to return to this page. There are nine different pictures for you to hunt down, all hiding in the floating frame. We even put snoopy in there to guard the cows. Oh, by the way ... if you use Netscape Navigator as your browser, the images will be already there superimposed on this page. If no floating pictures of any description are showing and chances are that you have Windows XP service pack 2 installed; click here

The pictures that don't move around, that is the ones in the table below not the isolated ones on the page, are links to bigger versions of the same picture; just left mouse click on the pictures to see the big picture. The picture will open in a new browser page. Close the page with the picture in it to return to this page. I'm sure you all know more about how to do this than I do if you're over four years old.

         Cattle in the Marketplace.
                  Cows at work...

                  Cows in Art...

If you don't like the pictures above, then by all means use the space below to draw your own. The default colour is black but you can right click on the space to get a choice of three extra colours; red, blue, and green.
Clean the slate by scrolling it offscreen and back on or by clicking on the refresh button above or by pressing the F5 key; you may need to left click somewhere outside the space to let the browser know you're here before F5 will work as Windows XP service pack two has made everything ultra secure ... not much works the same now. Talk about a reactive lot. Fre-ee-eky!

To switch on the active content of this web page if it has been blocked by Microsoft Windows XP Service pack two, just look near the top of the browser window and you'll see a little bar saying "To help protect your security, Internet Explorer has restricted this file from showing active content that could access your computer. Click here for options...

O.K. So click and you'll see a little box with a few options; select "Allow Blocked Content..." and you will be presented with an alert box with the title "Security Warning".

Select the yes button and the page will function properly. (Microsoft appear to have thrown out the baby along with the bathwater this time.)

Windows service pack two shuts off all the fun things that used to run prior to service pack two, even some microsoft things and to re-enable them on a permanent basis, you need an ADULT to go to the XP security centre by clicking in the little shield with an x on it, down in the tray at the bottom right hand corner of your page. Once opened, you click "Internet Options" and when the little window opens, you select the "Advanced" tab which will reveal a whole list of options.

Scroll down about three-quarters of the way till you come to the Security section (indicated by a little yellow padlock followed by the word Security), and click on the second check box entitled "Allow active content to run in files on my computer".

This will enable your browser to see such things as Java and JavaScript menus and other things such as slideshows and visual effects. This should represent no danger as long as you are running an up to date quality antivirus software such as Norton Antivirus 2004 or 2005, anti-spyware software such as AdAware or Spybot.

Even better; ditch Microsoft Internet Explore altogether and use Netscape Navigator or Mozilla (or Mozilla Firefox) or Opera as these are more secure browsers. If you are rather security conscious and prefer to take control of your own security, you will find that Crazy Browser, although a MSIE build, runs unhampered by service pack two.
